ROBERT DAVID ROSEWATER '60mcl, J.D. '65, died September 29, in Shaker
Heights, Ohio. An attorney in the Cleveland firm Weston Hurd Fallon
Paisley & Howley, he also taught at Case Western Reserve University Law
School. He donated his legal services to Habitat for Humanity,
volunteered for the Cleveland Restoration Society, and was an intense,
lifelong Indians fan and a lover of Broadway shows and Gilbert and
Sullivan operettas. He leaves his wife, Gail (Atleson), and two
daughters, Amy Halushka and Leslie Rochkind.2000
