On my own, I have just started my first 'running'/speedwalking/'running'/speedwalking, etc.The joy that bubbled through me when my physical body ran that first block caused me to absolutely GIGGLE. Luckily, it was near midnight in Miami, and there were no folks to observe this 'jogger' with brownish-gray curls laughing with teary eyes."
