I am very happy to advise you all, friends and family , that on June 1 at the NSCC Commencement Ceremony, my lovely and talented wife will be recognized and awarded the NSCC Distinguished Alumna Award !!

Jan was a graduate of the first graduating class at North Shore Community College in Beverley MA, went on to Salem State College where she earned her B.S. , then Fairfield University in CT for her M.S. and ultimately to Boston College for her Ed.D..

The award is intended to recognize NSCC graduates who have made a significant contribution to Society and their profession and to serve as role models for future graduates of NSCC. Certainly , as you know , she has contributed mightily to the Education world though her consulting and training and professional development work .
