Willis Harvey Bell II of Salisbury, N.C., died July 19, 1996. He was a physician specializing in chest disease and allergies before multiple sclerosis forced him to retire. His surviors include his wife, Novella (Branch), and sons Alexander A. (Washington University, St. Louis '89) and David W. (Bucknell University '93).
